Jeffrey is ranked in Chambers USA and recognized by Legal 500. He was named a Northeast Trailblazer by The American Lawyer as an attorney that “moved the needle in the legal industry.” He was also named a Litigation Trailblazer by the National Law Journal, a series that spotlights professionals who are agents of change in their respective practice areas, where the editor wrote that Jeffrey’s “representation of insureds set him apart as a leader in litigation.”

Jeffrey represents commercial and individual policyholders in complex insurance coverage matters including insurance broker liability; construction defect; product liability; director and officer; multimedia; asbestos; #metoo matters; and first-party claims. He also handles a wide variety of substantial business/commercial litigation and contract disputes. Characterized as “humane and brilliant” by the Legal500, Jeffrey focuses his practice to include individuals and companies in diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail, entertainment, hospitality, construction and real estate, and private equity firms.

Jeffrey has tried numerous jury and bench cases to verdict and has successfully argued in the state and federal appellate courts.  He routinely resolves commercial disputes by way of mediation and arbitration for individual and corporate clients.
