Jeffrey L. Schulman is a partner in Pasich LLP’s New York office. Recognized as a Litigation Trailblazer by the National Law Journal, a series that spotlights professionals who are agents of change in their respective practice areas, the editor wrote  that Jeffrey’s “representation of insureds set him apart as a leader in litigation, including his role on the insurance team for the Official Tort Claimants’ Committee for the Boy Scouts of America in its bankruptcy matters, as well as representation of prominent entertainers, musicians, Broadway theaters and a religious institution in a wide variety of insurance coverage matters.”

Jeffrey represents commercial and individual policyholders in complex insurance coverage matters including insurance broker liability; construction defect; product liability; director and officer; multimedia; asbestos; #metoo matters; and first-party claims. He also handles a wide variety of substantial business/commercial litigation and contract disputes. Characterized as “humane and brilliant” by the Legal500, Jeffrey focuses his practice to include individuals and companies in diverse industries such as manufacturing, retail, entertainment, hospitality, construction and real estate, and private equity firms.

Jeffrey has tried numerous jury and bench cases to verdict and has successfully argued in the New York and New Jersey state appellate courts, as well as in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  He routinely resolves commercial disputes by way of mediation and arbitration for individual and corporate clients.
