 Pasich represents insureds in a wide range of disputes with insurers and insurance brokers, and focuses on maximizing the value of clients’ insurance portfolios. He has successfully obtained more than $8 billion in coverage for losses from civil unrest, earthquakes, explosions, floods, hurricanes, mass shootings, natural gas leaks, product tampering, terrorism, and wildfires and for class, derivative, and mass tort actions for claims of bodily injury, property damage, intellectual property violations, and other alleged wrongs. Pasich also represents motion picture and television studios and producers, actors, musicians, and others in the entertainment industry in coverage matters. He has handled more than 60 trials and arbitrations and more than 50 appellate proceedings.

 Schulman represents commercial and individual policyholders in complex insurance coverage matters, including insurance broker liability; construction defect; product liability; director and officer; multimedia; asbestos; #metoo matters; and first-party claims. He also handles a wide variety of substantial business/commercial litigation and contract disputes. Schulman has tried numerous jury and bench cases to verdict and has successfully argued in the New York and New Jersey state appellate courts, as well as in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  He routinely resolves commercial disputes by way of mediation and arbitration for individual and corporate clients.

Whitman represents insureds in complex insurance coverage disputes and provides strategic advice to clients on mitigating risk and maximizing insurance recovery. Whitman’s practice focuses on directors and officers (D&O) insurance, employment practices liability insurance (EPL), media liability insurance, and coverage issues in bankruptcy proceedings.
