Krysta Woodcock is an associate in the New York office. Krysta represents corporate policyholders in coverage disputes with their insurance companies. She assists clients at all stages of federal and state litigation, from initial case assessment through trial preparation. Krysta’s experience includes disputes involving commercial property, commercial general liability, and employment practices.
Krysta graduated first in her class from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law and was the recipient of the Maurice A. Deane Award. During law school, she helped develop and coordinate the Transgender Name Change Clinic. Following graduation, she was a teacher assistant for a first-year Torts class, creating the curriculum and teaching the class on defamation-related torts.
