Mar. 28, 2022

a Pasich attorney is moderating the session “Selecting the Appropriate Neutral for Your Dispute” as part of the Conflict Prevention and Resolution Institute’s new skills training program “Arbitration Advocacy in the Virtual & Hybrid World.” This interactive training will draw on a series of case studies with the panel leading the audience in a discussion of potential arbitrator candidates for a mock dispute while reviewing the process of neutral selection, potential pitfalls and traps, as well as considerations in increasing the diversity of neutrals selected to serve.

The Zoom session is being held April 5, 2022, from 12 – 1 pm ET. Learn more and register here.

Established in 1977, the International Institute of Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) drives a global prevention and dispute resolution culture through the thought leadership of its diverse membership of top companies, law firms, lawyers, academics, and leading mediators and arbitrators around the world. The CPR skills training program includes five sessions, with each covering one essential stage of the arbitration process and examining how this era of videoconferencing and hybrid proceedings has created new obstacles and opportunities.

They admitted to the CPR Panels of Distinguished Neutrals, specifically as an arbitrator panelist for the Insurance-Policyholder Coverage Panel, the Pro Bono Panel, the New York City ADR Panel and the general commercial panel. They are also members (serving as a neutral) of the Y-ADR Steering Committee, the leadership group for CPR’s Young Attorneys in International Dispute Resolution program.
