Pasich LLP Announces 2024 Attorney Promotions
Pasich LLP announced the following promotions, effective January 1, 2024: Tae Andrews to Counsel, and Noelle Malindzak and Owen Monkemeier to Managing Associate.

Tae Andrews, resident in the New York office, has helped recover hundreds of millions of dollars for corporate policyholders in coverage disputes with their insurance companies. He has litigated in state and federal courts, representing clients in disputes under commercial general liability, directors and officers, commercial property, professional liability/errors and omissions, builder’s risk, and other types of insurance policies. Andrews’ work has been recognized among top legal rankings, including Best Lawyers Ones to Watch and Super Lawyers Rising Stars. He obtained his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School.
Noelle Malindzak, resident in the Manhattan Beach office, specializes in the representation of insureds in a variety of complex insurance coverage matters including first and third-party claims, insurance broker liability, and bad faith litigation. She has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for her work in Insurance Coverage Litigation. Malindzak obtained her J.D. from University of California, Irvine School of Law.
Owen Monkemeier, resident in the Los Angeles office, has represented insured entities and individuals in complex coverage disputes, including first and third-party claims under commercial general liability insurance and property insurance policies. He previously represented issuers, underwriters, and selling stockholders in private and SEC-registered debt and equity offerings, and related acquisition finance and private equity transactions. Monkemeier obtained his J.D. from Yale Law School.
