Managing Partner Jeffrey Schulman and a Pasich attorney are speaking at the ABA Litigation Section Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar being held March 1–4, 2023 in Tucson, AZ.

In the interactive Breakout program “Hollywood and Broadway: The Ins and Outs of Event Cancellation Insurance Disputes,” Schulman and his fellow panelists will address navigating event cancellation coverage and claims; highlighting best practices for working with forensic accounting experts; and reviewing the key coverage disputes.
