A Pasich attorney represents commercial policyholders in complex insurance coverage matters with an increasing focus on recovery strategies in relation to cyber breaches and cybercrime. They helped clients pursue insurance coverage for business e-mail compromise schemes, cybercrimes, data breaches, fraudulent e-mails, invoice manipulation schemes, phishing and whaling attacks, ransomware attacks, privacy and statutory liability, and technology E&O disputes. They were a Faculty Member with the Global Cyber Institute and received a Harvard VPAL certificate for completing “Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age.”

Westby is the CEO of Global Cyber Risk, LLC and provides consulting and legal services to public and private sector clients around the world in the areas of privacy, security, cyber governance, incident response, and digital asset inventories and data mapping. She led the development of the International Toolkit on Cybercrime Legislation and is an editor and co-author of the 2010 WFS-ITU publication, “The Quest for Cyber Peace.” Westby is co-author and editor of four books on privacy, security, cybercrime, and enterprise security programs and author of two books on legal issues associated with cybersecurity research, all published by the American Bar Association.
