Connecticut Law Tribune Interviews Peter Halprin on Business Interruption Insurance Lawsuits

Connecticut Law Tribune editor Robert Storace interviewed Peter Halprin about the increasing number of business interruption claims and lawsuits filed by insureds against insurance companies for pandemic-related losses. Peter, who represents insureds in such disputes in many industries including real estate, hospitality and entertainment, advises general counsel considering litigation to closely read their policies and not to blindly accept the insurance industry’s messaging that there is no coverage.
