Bermuda Triangle: Is the Bermuda Form an Efficient Means of Resolving Insurance Disputes? – A Pasich Attorney Moderates ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Seminar Panel

Feb. 28, 2022

A Pasich attorney moderates the panel, “Bermuda Triangle: Is the Bermuda Form an Efficient Means of Resolving Insurance Disputes?” at the American Bar Association 2022 Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar. The interactive program features a discussion between prominent international insurance arbitration specialists on the advantages and disadvantages of the Bermuda Form as a means to resolve insurance disputes. This question is of particular importance as many pandemic insurance disputes are either in Bermuda Form arbitration or headed there.

Pasich LLP is also a proud sponsor of the conference, taking place March 2-5, 2022, in Tucson, Arizona. Learn more here.
