A Pasich Attorney Speaks at Moot Alumni Association Mentor-Mentee Programme Fireside Chat
As part of the Moot Alumni Association of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, a Pasich attorney spoke about his experience in international arbitration, getting their first arbitrator appointment, their niche in insurance arbitration, and maintaining a work-life balance. The Mentor-Mentee Programme Fireside Chat was held virtually on March 12, 2023.
A Pasich attorney acts as counsel for U.S. and foreign companies in domestic and international arbitrations, including both ad hoc (ARIAS, Bermuda Form, London) as well as institutional (AAA, ICC, ICDR, JAMS, LCIA) arbitration forums. They served as both party-appointed and sole arbitrator and is a Member of the AAA National Roster of Arbitrators, the AIADR’s Presidential Panel of Arbitrators, the ARIAS Asia Panel of Arbitrators, the CPR Institute’s Distinguished Panels of Neutrals (including the Insurance-Policyholder Coverage Panel), and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s Reserve Panel of Arbitrators.
They first participated in the Vis Moot in Vienna as a student at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and has coached the team for the last eight years.
