A Pasich attorney is co-presenting “Navigating Emergency Arbitration: Practical Considerations from Filing to Enforcement” to the New York State Bar Association Commercial & Federal Litigation Section. The virtual program will be held on June 16, 2022, at 2 pm ET.

They act as counsel for U.S. and foreign companies in domestic and international arbitrations, including both ad hoc (ARIAS, Bermuda Form, London) as well as institutional (AAA, ICC, ICDR, JAMS, LCIA) arbitration forums.  They have served as both party-appointed and sole arbitrator and are Member of the AAA National Roster of Arbitrators, the CPR Institute’s Distinguished Panels of Neutrals (including the Insurance-Policyholder Coverage Panel), and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s Reserve Panel of Arbitrators.  They are a Fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and teaches International Commercial Arbitration at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
